Usage Note
- Wire rope should be the same diameter as wire rope clamps.
- The inner distance of U-bolt should be larger 1-3mm than wire rope diameter, too large inner distance is not easy to clamp the wire rope.
- Tighten the U-bolt until he wire is crushed about 1/3 up, due to wire rope is deformed after being stressed, tightened second time after the wire rope is stressed to ensure the joint is secure.
