1) In The Breeze Item #2884 - USA Dual Spinner Wheels with Flag Garden Spinner is made with durable polyester fabric that is stain, UV and weather resistant.
2) The wheel sizes are 16" and 13". The 9" front disc and 11" by 16" garden flag is screen printed. Included is a 38" pivoting pole and a 7" ground stake.
3) The wheels counter rotate. The illusion is hypnotic. Because the pole pivots, the spinner will always face the wind.
4) Minimal assembly is required. We recommend in high wind areas you use high-strength glue in the end cap - glue not included.
