1) In the Breeze item #2500 - Lighthouse Ground Wind Spinner is made with durable polyester fabric that is stain, UV and weather resistant
2) The spinning wheel is 13 inches in diameter. Assembled height is 52 inches including 2-section fiberglass pole and 7-inch ground stake
3) Minimal assembly required - slide the pre-assembled wheel onto the short horizontal rod and secure the end cap
