How to Operate

1. Connect the power cord.

2. Install the hand-held welding gun/pedestal, fixture, foot switch, and tungsten needle in turn

3. Turn on the power switch.

4. Adjust the height of the tungsten needle(the welding head should extend about 1.96in.).

5. Adjust the coarse tune knob and fine tune knob.

6. Adjust welding distance.

7. Hold the workpiece with the fixture.

8. Step on the foot switch with your foot (move your foot away quickly), and the spot welding is completed.

Notes

1. Please do not put the welding machine in a damp place and keep it dry.

2. Please don't step on the foot switch for a long time. Step on it and move away immediately. If the switch is pressed for a long time and the machine is in a short circuit state, the internal circuit will be burned.

3. Strong light will be released during welding. Please wear protective glasses during welding and do not look directly at the welding part.

4. When stepping on the foot switch, do not touch the metal part of the tungsten needle and the fixture at the same time, otherwise, there will be a feeling of acupuncture.
