The Ultimate In-surface Protection

Compared to other vehicles, Rv’s have gelcoat, which is much more porous than painted aluminum or steel. Through exposure to different elements especially uv, gelcoat becomes more porous, eventually leading to stains, difficult cleaning, and a cloudy, chalky, yellow appearance caused by oxidation. 

Simply prepare the surface of your rv by removing any oxidation or surface imperfections with Glidecoat compounds and polishes. Then, top with Glidecoat ceramic coating paint protection to restore your gel coat to a better-than-new finish. Our rv finish restorer fills the pores of your rv’s gel coat and bonds directly to the surface to provide protection that far outlasts traditional wax products.  

Glidecoat Ceramic vs. Wax

Wax loses its surface functionality in a matter of weeks. Most manufacturers recommend waxing 3-5 times a year under average conditions. If you live in an area with a higher temperature or if you have a darker colored rv, the wax melts away even quicker. 

Most rv owners aren’t waxing often. This leaves your rv exposed to different elements, slowly deteriorating the surface.
