ProductDescription : The Netbell-4-4Buz is an all-in-one solution for factories, industrial facilities, and warehouses to create a fully automated timed alert system. It's perfect for signaling shift changes, breaks, and other timed signal applications in areas with high ambient noise levels. This kit includes one Netbell-4K networked buzzer controller and four high-quality 4-inch high-output buzzer kits, each with a volume of 100dBa at 10 feet that can be adjusted to suit your needs. The Netbell-4K is a network-enabled bell controller installed within a NEMA (IP66) rated box that can be used in environments where dust and non-direct water are issues. It has four relay outputs that can control up to four bells/buzzers and other timed signal equipment. It also has one digital input that can be used to wire a push switch (sold separately) to ring the buzzer manually in case of emergency. The Netbell-4K is built on a TCP/IP platform with a built-in web server and special software designed for scheduling a timed alert system. All software and hardware required for installation and operation are included. With the built-in web interface, you can access, control, and schedule the buzzers over a network or the Internet without needing additional software or a designated computer. To wire the buzzers to the controller's bell outputs is simple, you only need to prepare 2-conductor speaker wires (which can be purchased from any hardware supply store or online) based on the locations you plan to install the buzzers in your facility. You can wire buzzers up to 500ft away from the Netbell-4K controller using 16AWG wire or up to 1000ft using 14AWG wire. Each buzzer produces approximately 100dBA at 10 feet and is attached to a weatherproof back box. With four buzzers, you can cover up to 100,000 square feet of industrial working area under normal background noise levels. Each buzzer kit comes with a 24VAC power supply transformer.
