ProductDescription :
Ready to upgrade your traditional tie-down strap with our products’ rocker-winder ratchet tie-down strap with e-track fitting. It’s a specially designed strap with unique features, like a manual rocker winder, a manual-locking system, a ratchet mechanism, e-fitting, and more. The innovative design will help you manually retract webbing at a controlled speed, eliminating the risk of accidents and snap-back. The manual-locking system will keep the webbing intact, limiting loosening and ensuring efficient cargo securement. Learn more about the product below:-
- Rocker Winder: It’s a built-in spring-loaded mechanism device that allows manual webbing retraction at a controlled speed and tension. It reduces injury risks and wear from snap-back. It efficiently rolls up excess webbing inside the rocker device (features a hand wheel), making the load securement process fast, easy, and efficient.
- Webbing Housing Locking System: Our e-track strap features a manual-locking system that keeps the webbing intact within the housing, restricting it from loosening up. You have to activate the locking mechanism by turning the rocker hand wheel counterclockwise. The damping spring secures the webbing winding from loosening, especially when pulling and retracting the webbing.
- E-Track Fittings: Our ratchet strap is equipped with a spring-loaded fitting that securely snaps into the standard E-track rail slots. It’s secured with reinforced stitching at the end of the webbing, ensuring strength and long-lasting performance. Thus, enabling truckers to secure various cargo sizes and shapes within closed trucks, trailers, and other transport vehicles. We have constructed this end fitting from steel and protected it with yellow zinc plating for longevity.
- Ratchet Mechanism: Set the proper tensioning around the loads with the ratchet mechanism. It securely tightens the webbing while protecting it from shifting during transit and reducing the risk of movement or damage. It’s constructed from robust metal and coated with a protective layer for long-lasting performance in outdoor environments. Also, the ratchet handle features 1 feet long webbing, including an e-track fitting on one end and a ratchet other end. Both ends are securely reinforced with the ratchet.
- Premium Webbing Material: We have constructed this 2" wide and 16' long rocker winder ratchet tie-down from gray polyester webbing (explore another size). It’s designed to provide maximum strength and minimum stretch while efficiently protecting against wear and tear, abrasion, UV light, and changing weather conditions. Increase webbing life with corner protectors.
- Load Capacity: Our unique tie-down strap has a working load limit of 1,500 lbs and a breaking strength of 4,500 lbs. It’s recommended not to cross WLL to protect users, the loads, and the surroundings from accidents.
- How To Use a Rocker Winder Ratchet Tie-Down Strap?
- Connect the adjusted end to an E-track rail.
- Pull the webbing (as much as needed) around your cargo and connect the e-fitting to the other end.
- Utilize the rocker winder to wind up access webbing.
- Next, use the ratchet handle to adjust the required tensioning.
- The releasing process is similar to other standard ratchet straps—pull the release button in the ratchet handle and fully open it (pull the strap a bit).
- Remove the e-track fittings.
- Retract webbing smoothly using the rocker winder into the webbing housing.
