Overview of use
It can be used to determine the concentration of bacteria in the suspension of the strain to be identified. The instrument is calibrated with (BaSO4) McFarland turbidity standard solution and uses MCF (McFarland) McFarland turbidity units. It directly displays the turbidity value of McFarland unit. It is mainly applicable to all levels of medical and health units, biological products, quarantine institutions and scientific research institutions to determine the concentration of bacterial bacterial fluid.
