The Free to Roam Wireless Fence system keeps pets secure in the yard while giving them the freedom to roam within it. At only a fraction of the cost of a traditional physical fence, it covers a circular area up to 1/2 an acre. Your pet's boundary can be adjusted from 5 to 90 feet in all directions from the indoor transmitter. There are no trenches to dig and no wires to bury. This fence system offers portable coverage. It's great for travel, RVs, cabins and rental houses. Just plug the transmitter into a standard outlet close to the area where you want to contain your pet. The transmitter communicates with your pet's receiver collar and helps keep him in the designated area. The system works by delivering a safe static correction through two contact points that touch your pet's neck. If your pet crosses the established boundary zone, a static correction will get your pet's attention but will not hurt him. The receiver collar includes 5 levels of static correction plus tone only adjustable to your pet's temperament. With just a few short training sessions, you'll create a secure boundary for your pet to enjoy freedom and fun. The fence works with multiple pets as long as they are wearing a compatible PetSafe wireless receiver collar. The waterproof receiver collar is ergonomically designed for comfort and sized for pets weighing 5 pounds or more.
