They are used to secure pedestrian crossings at intersections.

Complete with wires and LEDs and can be illuminated.

DO NOT use them directly on 12V or 16V to avoid damaging the LED.

You need to connect a resistor in series before you can use it on 12V or 16V. I will deliver compatible resistors for free.
