Engine Alignment Bar Tool compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives including Pre Alpha, Alpha 1 Gen 2, MR, R, all MerCruiser Bravo. Compatible with Volvo SX and OMC Cobra Drives.

The length of the Alignment bar is 23-5/8 inch. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel and includes an eye bolt for hanging. Alignment Tool Comes Without Black Oxide Coating. According to MerCruiser service bulletin No 92-9, the alignment tool must have the following sizes from front to back: 1.010" diameter, 2.200" long (section that fits into coupler), 1.150" diameter, 2.750" long, and 1.375" diameter rest of the bar (section that fits gimbal bearing inside diameter). We test all of our tools for this fit at the shop, using precision gauges and measuring tools.

Alignment tool consists of two pieces: Working Side & Handle. Once assembled, the tool works just as well as the one-piece tools but takes up less storage space

The Bellow Ring/ Retainer Sleeve Installation Tool made of PVC Plastic. Drive shaft bellow sleeve installation tool helps install the aluminum ring into the Alpha 1 Generation 2, Bravo, Blackhawk U-Joints Bellows. Replaces OEM part number #91-818162.

Gimbal Bearing Installation Tool. This tool is compatible with OMC Cobras, Bravos, #1 Drives made from 1966 to current makes, including the Pre Alpha (R), Alpha 1 MR, and Generation 2. Grease Seal Installation Tool. Used on all Mercruiser #1 Drives, Pre Alpha (R), Alpha One (MR), Generation 2, All Bravos, and OMC Cobra boat. This seal installer will allow you to drive the grease seal in straight for proper installation. You will need the outdrive coupler alignment tool to install the grease seal.

Hinge Pin Tool (91-78310). This tool is used on the hinge pin bolt and separates the housing from the gimbal ring. This tool is compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives: Alpha One, Alpha One Generation Two, Bravo One, Bravo Two, Bravo Three, R, MP, MC-1. Replaces OEM part number #91-78310.
