ProductDescription : The SURFACE MOUNT TOGGLE ASSEMBLY is a unique fitting that surface mounts onto virtually any surface for use in architectural handrails. It is used for straight or angled cable runs with wood or metal posts.

To complete the Surface Mount Toggle Assembly for 1/8" Cable, you will need the following:
(1) Surface Mount Toggle Turnbuckle Tensioning End (not included)
(1) Surface Mount Toggle Terminal End
(4) #12 x 1-1/4" SS Pan Head Mounting Screws for Wood Posts (not included)
May need to source your own screws if mounting onto a different type of surface.

Recommended quantities:
(11) assemblies needed for each cable run 36" high.
(13) assemblies needed for each cable run 42" high.

Note: For all Assembly lengths >50' (70' max)
and/or runs from 0-70' with more than (1) 90 degree corner,
it is recommended to omit the SURFACE MOUNT TOGGLE END and use (2) SURFACE MOUNT TOGGLE TURNBUCKLES instead to allow cable tightening at both ends of your run.

Tools required to for this assembly includes the following:
(1) Cable Crimper with our specialized Hex Die (not included)
(1) Cable Cutter (not included)

Note: Stainless Steel is highly resistant, but not impervious to the elements, and requires minimal maintenance for ideal results. We recommend applying Citrisurf 77 Plus to all exposed stainless steel components at the time of installation. In addition, apply Boeshield T9 if within 10 miles of a marine environment to further protect the stainless steel.
