ProductDescription : This is a kit that includes on cartridge, one mixing nozzle, one reusable mixing sheet, and one small hand plunger for light-duty dispensing. Loctite EA E-05CL is a fast-setting, toughened, medium-viscosity, industrial grade epoxy adhesive. Once mixed, the two-component epoxy cures at room temperature with low shrinkage and forms an ultra clear bondline with excellent peel resistance. When fully cured, the epoxy is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, and acts as an excellent electrical insulator. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Ideal for bonding plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramic, rubber, and masonry materials where flexibility is needed. Designed for a variety of applications such as flex circuits, cable boots, and staking fillet bonds. Well suited for applications that require an ultra-clear bondline. Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml cartridge Dispenser. We strongly advise you use a 50ml Dispenser for this, and all 50ml cartridges. However, If you do not have or want this type of gun, then this package may be right for you. It includes a manual hand plunger that can be used to dispense the epoxy, and two extrustion options 1) a mixing nozzle and 2) a reusable mixing sheet. The two parts may prove a little hard to push out, if so then simply take the mixing nozzle off and exturde the two parts onto the mixing sheet and manually mix with a stick or the mixing nozzle manually.
