ProductDescription : Clear epoxy resin with non-blushing, cycloaliphatic hardener. This kit does not come with pumps. This is our most popular epoxy for use with woodworking projects, concrete and wood countertops, and more! Mix it with mica-based pigment powders for groovy patterns and colorful effects to liven up the room! Create the perfect bartop to show off the natural beauty of the wood beneath with thicknesses of up to ¼” in a single pour, or affix memorabilia to the surface and permanently embed it to be enjoyed by guests.
Kit comes with 2 gallons of 300 epoxy resin and 1 gallon of 21 cycloaliphatic hardener.
Work life: 30 minutes at 70f.
Cure time: 24 hours at 70f.
The mix ratio is a simple 2:1 by either weight or volume.
Epoxy is not uv resistant and will yellow in sunlight. This can be mitigated by painting over the cured epoxy with a clear uv resistant urethane varnish.
