BulletPoint4 : Pump/Motor: Run the pump 24/7 on slow speed if possible you want to reduce RPM as much as you can, remember run pump 24 hours a day, it takes alot of time for the whole pool to circulate through the pouch.
BulletPoint5 : Skimmer Basket: Keep skimmer basket clean, make sure no debris has built up on the surface of the CYA pouch, if you notice build up on the outside of the pouch you may take it out wash it off or flip the CYA reducer pouch for best flow.
BulletPoint6 : Be Patient: Check levels after 1-2 weeks, if you do not see a reduction ensure you have a high end test strip that can get a full reading and then contact us for any troubleshooting.

ProductDescription : Unlike the competition's chemical CYA reducer, GreenStory Global's Cyanuric Acid Remover is a filter that sits in the skimmer basket. The filter pouch is filled with carbon and a proprietary resin that absorb CYA from the water. The filter will reduce the total CYA in the pool by about 15 ppm per week. Once the pool reaches the appropriate level, simply throw the filter away. This product does work, but you must follow the directions carefully for it to be effective. Also remember it takes time to work 1-2 weeks to see a significant drop in CYA and you must use a high end PPM test strip to check levels if your CYA levels are above 300ppm they will not even register.
