Turn disk to desired side, hold steady and attach handle to disk. Choose flat side of disk to flatten meats or crush crackers, garlic or nuts. Place meat between sheets of plastic wrap to prevent sticking. Choose toothed side of disk to break up tissue fibers and tenderize.
