ProductDescription : IDC-DIN series IEPE data acquisition card is a data acquisition card that integrates IEPE acceleration sensor signal acquisition, storage, analysis and output functions. The acquisition card adopts a highly integrated design and is equipped with a high-performance 32-bit processor with a main frequency of 240MHz. It has a built-in dual-channel 4mA constant current source that can drive two independent IEPE signals. These signals are sampled by dual parallel high-speed ADCs with a sampling rate of up to 25kHz, an effective bandwidth of 5~10kHz, and a resolution of 16 bits. At the same time, the IEPE signal can be buffered and output, which is convenient for third-party systems to analyze the IEPE signal. 0~5V or 4~20mA analog signals can output any result of acceleration peak, acceleration effective value, velocity peak, velocity effective value, displacement peak or displacement peak-to-peak value. In addition, the card also supports RS485 interface and supports reading all calculation results at the same time. It also supports 9~30V ultra-wide range voltage input, making installation and deployment more convenient.
