How to Brew Black Tea with Double Turkish Tea Pot 1. Fill the larger teapot with drinking water and put it on the stove with the smaller empty pot on top. 2. When the water in the larger pot starts boiling, turn off the stove and wait for about a minute. 3. Pour the boiled water into the smaller pot and add three tablespoons of fresh tea leaves on top. 4.
