Details

Large Fuel Tank:The 33.8 oz large capacity fuel tank ensure long-term use without frequent refueling.

Starting Method

1.Fill the fuel tank with well-proportioned fuel.(Mixing ratio:1:20-25 for FB/FC grade engine oil,1:40-50 for FD grade engine oil)

2.Press the fuel bubble under the carburetor until the fuel bubble is full of fuel.

3.Turn the off switch to the"I"position.

4.Pull the starter rope.

5.When there is a starting response,close the damper and pull the starter rope again.

6.After starting,open the damper.

7.Cycle to accelerate the warm-up machine work.

8.For the first 10 hours of use,the oil mixture ratio should be a little thicker,then follow the normal ratio.

Notes

1. The oil mixture ratio should not be wrong or deviated.Please do not use poor-quality motor oil as the matching motor oil.

2. Please check whether the blade tool is firmly installed before starting the engine,and check whether the blade tool is intact after each work.When starting the engine,personnel need to stay away from 32.81ft or more.Please wear gloves(not included)and goggles during use.

3. Please change the engine oil of the new machine every 4 hours of work and every 20 hours of work after 5 times(change the oil when the engine is warm).Please check the oil before each work to see if it is missing and add it to the right position.Fuel needs to be replenished as it is used.Refueling should be kept away from the fire source for more than 49.21ft,and open flame operation such as smoking is prohibited.

4. The sponge filter in the air filter needs to be cleaned at least once every 50 hours of operation.It can be cleaned with detergent,rinsed with water,and reinstalled after the air filter is dry.

5. Before switching off the engine,it should be idled for 1-2 minutes to facilitate the natural heat dissipation of the engine.

6. Add grease to the blade work head gear box every 20 hours to provide internal gear lubrication,reduce wear and tear,and improve service life.

7. The short flexible shaft and hard shaft in the connecting disc should be pulled out after each working cycle,greased and maintained,and reassembled.

8. Please check the engine air intake,cylinder heat sink and high pressure pack frequently,remove weeds and impurities in the air intake to ensure that the air ducts are smooth,so as to avoid damage caused by pulling the cylinder when the engine temperature is too high.

9. If the machine is not used for more than 10 days,please pour out the oil in the petrol and oil,and press the oil bubble to drain the fuel in the carburetor,so as not to deteriorate the oil and damage the engine.

10. If the machine is not used for a long time,please place the machine in a dry and ventilated place and drain the fuel to avoid the high pressure cap,spark plugs,etc.can not be started due to moisture,rust,inverted and other reasons.

11. When the old machine is used in the next year,please check whether the spark plug cap is rusty or not,so as to avoid the power generation is weak,which will cause the starting difficulty.After starting,please idle for 10 minutes to check whether the parts are normal.

12. Work Check:

Please check daily if the oil is sufficient,visually at the threaded port position,and add appropriately if it is missing.

Please check daily whether the air filter is too dirty.Please use pure gasoline to clean the air filter sponge.

Please check whether the throttle cable is stable in the carburetor position before work.

Please check whether the blade is in good condition before work,and do not use a damaged blade.

Before working,please check whether the grass baffle is in good condition,and replace the cracked and damaged grass baffle.

Please check whether the screws in each part are loose,and check and tighten them one by one with a wrench.

13. Please read the operating manual completely before use.And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
