DigiKote/DigiSeal lamination roll film is specially formulated with ultraviolet inhibitors to prevent fading and degradation from exposure to UV rays. UV inhibitors extend the life of prints up to 5 times longer than other films. DigiKote laminate features a high-grade polyester film base with an aggressive co-polymer that adheres at low temperatures (185-210 degrees F), making it ideal for heat-sensitive projects, inkjet & digital prints. The 3.0 mil thickness is good for finished sheets that need to be rolled for storage and be protected from direct light and heavy handling.
This low-temp roll laminating film designed to adhere to specialty inks used in today's inkjet, electrostatic, laser and thermal transfer technologies as well as commercial offset printed sheets. The low sealing temperature helps preserve inks in digitally printed graphics. LightFast technology UV inhibitors allow the color clarity of your digitally printed graphic projects or offset printing to remain crisp and clear.
TIP: Actual temperature required for ANY laminating film varies by laminator type (heated roller vs heat shoe), laminating speed, ambient temperature, type of paper and color(s) of the print being laminated.
Overall diameter is approx 5" inches and fits most roll laminating machines using 3" core diameter feed rolls.
