Steps to Use:

1. Press the handle and place the belt under the pressure plate and the cutter shell.
2. Loosen the handle, slide the strap into the cutter slot and winch slot and tighten the strap.
3. Push the handle back and forth to fix the packing belt.
4. Until the packing belt is tightened and put on the buckle.
5. Seal the buckle with a sealer.
6. Press the handle to cut the packing strap and remove the tightener.
