Secondly, the installation of new electrode, method of operating procedures and remove the electrode on the contrary. The two electrode tip clearance requirements: 2.6+/-0.2mm.
Finally, in the assembly process, the electrode tip can not be touched to prevent damage to the electrode and avoid the electrode falling into the machine to cause damage. After replacing the electrode, in order to ensure the quality of the welding, it is strongly recommended to perform electrode stabilization and ARC calibration.

1.After the electrode is installed, turn on the fiber fusion splicer. 2.Find the maintenance menu and enter the electrode item. After confirmation, the machine will automatically discharge to clean the aging electrode. 3.Please prepare two fibers that have been cut with fiber end faces and put them into the fiber fusion splicer, and perform ARC calibration according to the user manual. 4.Please press the exit button to exit the operation in turn.
