Operation steps

   1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.

   2. Adjust the current knob. Starting from the minimum test, the current needs to be increased when welding is not performed. The current should be adjusted to a small value after welding. The scale value can be adjusted according to the requirements of the workpiece.

   3. Hold the workpiece with tweezers, and the workpiece interface is aligned with the tip of the tungsten needle (the optimal distance is 0.5 mm). Note that the workpiece must not be in contact with the tungsten needle during the welding process.

   4. Use the foot to step on the foot switch (to remove it immediately after stepping on it), the spot welding is completed.

 

Notices:

   1. The workpiece clamped by the clip, with 160 V DC, must not touch the tungsten needle or the chassis to avoid short circuit damage to the machine circuit.

   2. The foot can not step on the foot switch for a long time, and remove it immediately after stepping on it. If you step on the foot switch for a long time, the machine is in a short circuit state and the internal circuit will be burned.

   3. This machine is a precision device, please use it with care.

   4. The flashlight is harmful to the eyes, please take protective measures when using it (first aim at the workpiece, keep your hands still, close your eyes or look at the side when stepping on the switch).

   5. When stepping on the foot switch, do not touch the metal part of the tungsten needle and tweezers at the same time, otherwise there will be a needle sensation.
