How To Use

1.Attach the sphygmomanometer and place the cuff over the upper arm to be measured (a finger can fit between the cuff and arm gap).

2.Ensure that the lower edge of the cuff is at a distance of 2-3cm from the elbow joint,that the air nozzle is on the inside of the arm and that the cuff is at the same height as the heart.

3.Place your lower arm flat on the table,palm up,and sit straight and still for five minutes,making sure the air tube on the cuff is not twisted or bent.

1.Blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day in normal people,so if you want to measure comparable blood pressure values,do so at the same time each day.
