To clean, remove cover, wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Do not expose inner pillow to moisture. For warm therapy place on a clean plate and heat in microwave for one minute. Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from microwave. Not for use in a conventional or toaster oven. To chill, place in a sealed plastic bag and store 2+ hours in the freezer. Always test hot/cold temperature of pillow before applying to skin. Filled with food-grade flax seed with no scented herbs added.
