ProductDescription : The U.S. Solid normally open electric solenoid valve is built with a hard-wearing stainless steel body, female NPT threaded connections, and a Viton gasket. It's appropriate for use with hot or cold water, air, natural gas, very low viscosity fluids (<20 cst), and petroleum-based liquids like gasoline. Ideal for auxiliary gas tanks, sprinkler systems, and more. However, it's not suitable for use with strong acids or bases, wastewater, industrial gases, or other impure media. It's safe for use with drinking water.
