It always supplies the required energy for a wide range of soldering tasks quickly and precisely. The precise temperature control ensures a short heat-up phase and accurate re-heating during soldering. The right soldering tip is available for every application and ensures an optimum heat transfer from the heating element to the solder joint - whether on the 01005 chip or wide chisel-type tips for high-mass applications. The consistent operating concept allows the user to concentrate on the soldering task. Parameter setting is simple due to intuitive one-touch operation and tool-free tip exchange. The i-CON 2V can be operated with the i-TOOL soldering iron and the CHIP TOOL VARIO desoldering tweezers. Alternatively, it is possible to connect other Ersa soldering tools. Both channels can be used simultaneously.For the connection of a solder fume extraction unit or a heating plate, the i-CON 2V is available with a corresponding interface. These devices are then controlled centrally via the soldering station. The protection of the application and the soldering station are ensured by a fuse concept and complete ESD capability.
