ProductDescription : Lead-Free / RoHS 3 Compliant / REACH Compliant Product Highlights Low Temp Indium Solder Wire .031" (10ft). This pure indium solder wire bonds well to glass, ceramic, and quartz. It can be used for low temperature soldering and for hermetic sealing. ChipQuik SMDIN100 (In100) products are suitable for cryogenic sealing applications. The pure indium in these products will remain malleable at cryogenic temperatures, -150C to -273C (-238F to -460F), so that the seal it creates will not be compromised.
