Save money with these reusable pucks. Can be used on any Bradley electric smoker.

No tools or modifications are required to your smoker.

Fill these re-usable pucks with fine sawdust of your choice, as loose or as dense as desired, to create your own low cost flavor. Many types of wood can be selected for smoking such as: Hickory Oak Alder Maple Mesquite Pecan Walnut Apple Cherry Peach Pear

Optionally, create intermittent smoking by leaving every other puck empty. This will introduce bursts of 20 min smoking and 20 minutes off for a more controlled flavor.

Directions: 1)Before use for first time, wash in hot soapy water, or in dishwasher. 2)Dry completely. 3)Source and purchase some finely cut sawdust. Sawdust not included with this product. 4)Pack the sawdust into each cup level to the top surface, but not over the top surface. 5)Clean any burnt wood or debris off the bisquette element inside the smoker while the smoker is OFF. 6)Load the pucks into the feeder. 7)Turn on and operate the Bradley Smoker as usual. 8)Once the smoking is complete, and the smoker is OFF and cooled down, remove the pucks, empty out the burnt ashes left in the pucks to a safe location and repeat the cleaning steps for next use.
