This was custom made for use with the obsolete Kodak Disc format that was briefly popular some 30 years ago. Unfortunately not only is it almost impossible to get prints made from Kodak Disc negatives these days, but Disc negative holders are hard to come by and the ones that you can find cost upwards of $100.
