This is just due to nature of the design of the Kindle and cover, there is no way to design an insert that covers the sides as well.)

HOW TO STORE YOUR INSERT WHEN NOT USING: It's important that you store your paper insert completely flat when out of the cover. Because it's paper it can bend if not careful. This cardstock paper insert does NOT include a Kindle or a clear case.

HOW TO INSTALL INSERT:
To add the insert to your case simply remove the clear cover from your e-reader and then place the cardstock insert directly into the clear cover. Be sure to place it straight and evenly and press down on the edges and corners, you'll likely hear a little snap when you do this as it's meant to fit tight. The cardstock will mold and form to the shape of the cover which is completely normal, this is so we get the best possible coverage and fit.
