The Proto's bi-directional shape reduces swing weight at the tip and tail of your board making it easier to pop. This board can do everything from the most technical flatland tricks to the gnarliest PVC rails and boxes.
BulletPoint2 : DURABLE FLEX: Standard skimboards are constructed with a stiff 5-ply hard rock maple core. We laminate using a completely watertight bonding agent and encase the core with HPL topsheet and base. HPL is the best sliding surface we've found. It slides great over sand, PVC rails and boxes, logs, shells, cement, and just about anything you can think of!
BulletPoint3 : GRIPPY TOP: The top of the board has our signature CNC machines EVA diamond foam. This is the perfect surface for your feet. EVA foam provides great traction and cushioning and is tough enough to survive the wear and tear from long sessions, UV, and saltwater.

The Slapfish 48" is perfect for older beginner to experienced riders up to 200 lbs in weight and meet the height limit of 1-2” above or below their sternum. The Slapfish also offers a 1” nose rocker with a ¼” tail rocker perfect to provide optimum skimming conditions on the surface of the water and sand while also avoiding getting caught within the lip of the wave and not loose speed. A carbon reinforced nose and tail combined with double reinforced rails provide added protection on top of our fiberglass composite adding a crucial stiffness to the board for providing durability for many rides to come. Each Slapfish includes the application and purchase of a Slapfish tail pad made from EVA foam with a 3M waterproof adhesive that stays stuck after hours on the water.
