High temperature RTV silicone designed for automobile production of bonding and sealing. This product is a one component RTV silicone sealant, curing completely without excitant odor release. Acid & Neutral solidified into elastic rubber strip.

Mainly used for various types of high-grade cars, heavy vehicles, cars, ships engines, pumps, bonnet, oil pan, gear boxes, thermostats, internal combustion engines and other seismic and seismic, but also for mechanical, electronic and chemical equipment Static seal.

Instruction:

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil and grease.

2. Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube using the top of the cap.

3. Screw on applicator nozzle and cut to desired bead size.

4. Apply an even bead of silicone around perimeter of surface.

5. Assemble parts once silicone has skinned. Skinning should take about 8-12 minutes.

6. Remove any excess silicone.

7. The silicone will dry in 1 hour and cure completely in 18-24 hours.
