The Stranco S-466 Static Safe Polyimide Label is a high-performance thermal transfer printable label designed for extreme environments such as surface mount board processing, wave soldering, and static-sensitive electronics. Made from 1 mil polyimide film with a gloss white topcoat, this label meets military specifications GL/PD 07-12 and 14-04A, and exceeds ASTM D6413 flame resistance standards.

With permanent acrylic adhesive and superior print durability using compatible ribbons (Ricoh B110CR, Armor AXR7+, etc.), it resists smearing even immediately after exposure to high-temp reflow or soldering processes. It generates less than 100 volts/sq in. of static charge when removed from its liner, making it safe for use in ESD-controlled environments.

Ideal for identifying static-sensitive circuit boards, assets, components, packaging, and warranty tags, this label is tested for durability, solvent resistance, and print integrity. Compatible with Zebra, Honeywell, Datamax, Intermec, Sato, TSC, and other thermal transfer printers.
