Directions : 1. Secure the honing guide in a vise or clamp it to a bench. 2. Adjust the blade registration system to square and set the blade's bevel angle. 3. Choose the desired bevel angle range configuration. 4. Slide the registration jig onto the guide body, centering and squaring the blade. 5. Clamp the blade in the registration jig. 6. Attach a sharpening stone to the guide. 7. Rotate the eccentric roller to hone a micro-bevel. 8. Repeat the process for both sides of the blade to achieve a symmetrical edge.
