The back is 100% cotton brushed twill for durability. This pillow can be used at room temperature, warmed in the microwave, or chilled in the freezer depending on the user’s needs. To clean, remove cover, wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Do not expose inner pillow to moisture. For warm therapy place on a clean plate, ensuring that the pillow rotates freely and does not touch the inner walls of the microwave. Heat in microwave for 45 – 60 seconds. Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from microwave. Not for use in a conventional or toaster oven. To chill, place in a sealed plastic bag and store 2+ hours in the freezer. Always test hot/cold temperature of pillow before applying to skin.
