Dynatex silicone adhesive/sealant is a paste-like, one-component material, which cures to a tough, rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air. Provides transparent, watertight silicone rubber seal for a wide range of applications. Seals, insulates and bonds. Works well on marine, recreational and industrial applications. Bonds and seals. Waterproof and weatherproof seal. Insulates thermally and electrically. Permanently flexible. Applications: windshields, sunroofs, tail-lights, interior panels, firewalls, dashboards and more. Bonds and seals: auto and appliance trim, including metal, fabric and fabric backed plastics, glass, vinyl, wood and rubber, trailers, truck cabs and frayed wires. Dynatex silicone adhesive/sealant has good resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and extreme temperatures. It may be applied in sub-zero weather without loss of extrusion or physical property characteristics and is effective to -35 degree C(-30 degree F). Fully cured Dynatex silicone adhesive/sealant can be used for temperatures up to 450 degree F. Type: one-part silicone rubber. Physical form: non-slumping paste. Cure: cures at room temperature on exposure to water vapor in the air, giving off a small amount of acetic acid. Special properties: meets or exceeds oem volatility specifications. Won(TM)t foul engine sensors. Primary uses: general purpose sealing and bonding as a space-filling rubber adhesive. Specific gravity at 25 degree C (77 degree F): 1.02. Extrusion rate: (3.18 mm orifice, 90 psi air pressure), g/min: 400. Flow rate: (sag or slump on 3.18 x 101.6-mm bead), mm: nil. Tack-free time at 25 degree C (77 degree F) and 50 percent RH, minutes: 10 to 20. Cure time at 25 degree C (77 degree F) and 50 percent RH (3.18-mm thickness), hours: 24 . Container size: 3 oz tube.
