1. Please refer to our attachment guide video when you install the product. In cold temperatures, the product's adhesive may slightly clog together so that a thin line becomes visible in the middle. This is not a production error. If you store the product in a warmer temperature before you attach it, or keep your phone in a warm environment after attachment, the line will disappear after 24h.

2. We do not offer compensation for phone damage that occurred during use.
