Warning:
1. If the machine is installed in a place that is difficult for users to access, the water supply valve must be installed in a place that is easy to operate in case of emergency.
2. The bearing pressure of the solenoid valve is 2Kg/cm2. If the water pressure is too high, the water inlet valve can be turned down or a water inlet pressure reducing valve can be added to avoid damage to the solenoid valve.
3. Saddle valve or needle valve shall not be used to install on the water inlet pipe. The water pipe shall be dredged and flushed before the final connection.
4. Blocking valve shall not be installed in the steam pipe. Obstructions or bending of the U channel are strictly prohibited. Otherwise, condensate will be generated to block the flow of steam. When the steam pipe is horizontally laid, it shall be inclined to a certain extent so that the condensate can return to the steam generator or flow to the steam nozzle.
5. The steam generator shall not be installed outdoors to prevent icing inside. It must be installed in a place convenient for maintenance. The machine should be installed horizontally and the arrow direction should be upward, otherwise it cannot be started.
6. Copper pipe materials must be used for pipe installation, and plastic, acrylic, aluminum plastic pipes or other similar materials are prohibited as steam pipes. The allowable temperature of these materials cannot reach 150 ℃ or higher.
7. The inlet of steam pipe, all other inlets and gaps shall be sealed to prevent steam from seeping out and damaging the machine and other objects.
