Features: 1.304 stainless steel body and a PTFE plastic valve seat, the valves resist the high temperatures and harsh chemicals of clean-in-place (CIP) processe. 2. We manufacture these valves with one piece raw material, machined and polished vavles inside and outside extremely smooth surface, leaving no space for bacteria to grow. 3. Tri clamp fitting end which known as quick clamp end, so easy to clean. 4. Sample valves are self-draining, so previous samples and cleaning chemicals won’t contaminate future samples. 5. Quality PTFE valve seat and FKM O-rings. How to use Geife sample valves? To take sample from a kettle or tank, turn the oval handle screw anticlockwise to open valve. You can hang a bucket on the valve if you want more samples, or just take a cup ine one hand, the other turn the valve screw handle. Tips: When you get samples, please turn the oval handle screw slowly, when samples come out constantly , then stop, and clockwise rotating the oval handle screw after get sample finishing.
