Using our knife sharpening stone is very simple and economical, requiring no expensive sharpening and grinding oil. You can sharpen and clean with water.
12 sides of different fineness knife sharpening stone can be suitable for all knife types. Helps sharpen knives and keeps your knives sharp for a long time.
The sharpening stone is made of professional-grade corundum. The material is corrosion and heat-resistant, medium hardness and extremely dense, giving the stone a longer life. And not be lost a lot of material at the same time.

Soak the both whetstones in water for approximately 5-10 minutes, and remove them once bubbles stop appearing.
Choose the Proper Grit Side: For a dull knife, use the coarse side (#400) first. For normal wear and tear, the medium side (#1000) will suffice.
Attach the Angle Guide: Before installing the angle guide, apply some dishwashing liquid or water on the blade to prevent scratches. Hold the knife's spine off the stone at about a 20-degree angle.
Draw the blade across the stone on one side 10 times then flip the knife and repeat on the other side. Keep some water on the stone to stay cool and continue alternating sides, performing 10 strokes each, until you can feel a burr on both side of the knife. This process takes about 20 minutes.
Refining the Edge: Use 3000 grit side for fine grinding in 10~30 degree angle gently for 15 minutes.
Refining the Edge: Use 8000 grit side for mirror polishing for 10 minutes.
Use leather strop to polish blade and removing burr.
Rinse off the whetstones and let them completely dry before storing them.
