READY TO SEASON — Our salt mills come with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white rock salt from Germany, and our pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). Fill with dry rock salt only (max size smaller than 1/6 inch/4mm) — do not use sea salt, and max size ¼-inch (6mm) peppercorns
