Instruction:
Place the side with plastic film facing up and lay it flat on the clothing to iron. Cover the heat transfer with a layer of newspaper or cloth, then use an electric iron set at a temperature above 125 degrees Celsius to iron. Start from the top and press down to partially adhere the heat transfer to the fabric. Afterwards, repeat ironing for 20-30 seconds. Allow the transfer to cool down slightly after ironing, then peel off a corner of the heat transfer to check if it is firmly attached. If not, repeat ironing for 2-5 seconds to reinforce it.
