Harley Davidson saddlebags will be more secure and reduce the chance of theft, or the stock 2016 Bailhead quick/twist release system coming loose and your bags go flying down the highway beside you instead of with you! 2017-2018 Stock Half tee levers/knobs perturb into the saddlebags close to 1-inch, and snag items placed in the saddlebags. The distance between the lever/knob and the metal locking loop for the saddlebag lid next to the stock mounts tends to pinch your fingers as you try to tighten them. I have sold MANY to 2017 H-D owners and some to the new 2018 Harley owners because of this problem. In picture #6, the approximate distance of the LocEzy from point A to point B is 5/8 of an inch. Round knobs and no catching on anything!
