Installation Requirement:

1. As for the machine is heavy. The installation is suggested to install on the ground. 

2. During the installation, the machine must be far away from wall at least 10cm. If the machine needs to install near the wall, the wall must be fireproof.

3. The location of installation must be ventilated, and have the exhaust fan to get out of the steam and discharge gas during working.

4. The installed machine must keep stable, be placed in horizon, not be tilted. Do not shake during working.

5. Remove the plastic film of product before installation, and then use something suitable to get rid of the residue in the stainless steel panel.

6. Use this kind of gas after getting the supplier's permission. After checking the supplied gas is according to the using gas, then install the machine.

7. Forbid using the uncoordinated gas and mid or high-pressure adjustable valve. (Low-pressure adjustable valve only.)

Operation:

1. Please bloat the chicken which needed to broil.

2. Skewer the broiled chicken in the brochette, one side infix drive shaft, and other side put brochette shift.

3. Open the burner valve (counter-clockwise), use the burning torch to ignite the burner.  (Do not ignite the burners after opening all the valves. The user must ignite the burner one by one).

4. Close glass door, and then press the electric motor button. The chickens inside will rotate continuously.

5. lf the user needs lighting to observe during broiling, turn on the light switch.

6. Cut off the gas supply after broiled, do not open the glass door until stop rotating.

7. Hold the bake-lite handle from side. Then take the broiled chickens out of oven.

8. If do not use machine at any time, cut off the gas supply and power in time.
