ProductDescription : Rotary Thread, known for engineering simple universal thread restore tools introduces the RT3S1. The RT3S1 is great for damaged snap ring grooves, keyways, cylinder glands and notches that require restoration. Removes corrosion, and damage which prevents operation, and restores groove surfaces in gland applications. Was designed to fit into many hydraulic cylinder repair applications and to be used for cleaning up faces of sealing areas. The 25mm head will fit into 1 inch holes and hard to reach areas for deburring and cleanup. Use on Metal, Hardened Metal, ceramic, and plastic. Developed by professionals and built for professionals in the commercial / industrial field, yet the tool is simple enough to use by anyone for home projects. It's great for deburring edges. For best performance and life, we recommend using a light cutting/tapping oil or the like. Applying Non-flammable paint thinner helps clean the tool during and after restore. Use light tool pressure when using the tool, don't force the repair. Use in Die Grinder (with reducer collet RTC1), rotary tool and Standard Drill. Max RPM: 15,000.
