ProductDescription :

MV-ROGBSET includes 1 x sediment-Red (SKU: MVSED11), 1 x extruded carbon block composite-Orange (SKU: MVECBC11),1 x Filmtec material reverse osmosis membrane @ 50gpd-Green (SKU: MVRO50), and 1 x post granulated active carbon-Blue (SKU: MVPOGAC11). Fits all Metpure MV4 systems.

Sediment (Red): 5 micron, 100% melt blown polypropylene, used to remove large sediment such as sand and rust.

Carbon block composite (Orange): 5 micron extruded carbon block designed to remove chlorine, odor, organic chemicals, and secondary polypropylene sediment removes and prevents residual carbon fines from entering reverse osmosis membrane.

Reverse osmosis membrane (Green): the heart and workhorse of the water filtration system powered by Dow Filmtec membrane material, with its pore rating at 0.0001 micron, that rejects up to 99% of impurities, essentially allows only pure water to be filtered through.

Post granulated active carbon (Blue): Consists of granulated coconut shell carbon which acts as a taste and odor reduction that polishes and refines the water to become refreshing, crisp, and invigorating.

To ensure the quality of water being produced by the Metpure Versatile system, following the filter maintenance schedule is highly recommended. Metpure Versatile quick twist filters are designed to be installed without tools. Use with matching CAM (SKU: MVFCAM14) for non-RO membrane filter and use CAM (MVROCAM14) for RO membrane filter.

Life span

Recommend replacing every 6 to 12 months depending on usage for sediment and extruded carbon block composite filters and replacing every 2-5 years depending on usage for reverse osmosis membrane and post granulated active carbon.
