The bankruptcy of the bankruptcy Court of two of the creditors in late 1988, early 1989. In 1989, HRP Sports purchased the company from these creditors and setup HRP Products, Inc. HRC (Hannah Racing Products, Inc.) assets. These assets include all the corporate names, history and any and all similar names and logos used by the original corporation. Since 1987, HRP has had no contact or relationship what ever with Bob Hannah or any of the other principals of the pre-bankrupt company.
