How to Use:
1. Open the cover and carefully wipe the test prism with a soft cloth. Take several drops of the solution to be measured and place it on the test prism, gently close the cover plate to avoid bubbles and spread the solution over the prism . Align the instrument into the light source or bright place, the eye through the eyepiece to observe the field of view, turn the eyepiece adjustment handwheel, so that the field of view of the blue and white dividing line clear. The scale value of the demarcation line is the concentration of the solution.
2. Calibration and temperature correction
The instrument needs to be calibrated for 0 point before measurement. Take a few drops of distilled water, put it on the detection prism, and twisting the 0 adjustment screw to adjust the demarcation line to the 0% position of the scale.
