Hook both ends. Make sure it's positioned correctly. Use the D ring to connect the hook when the strap is wrapped around the axle. 3. Crank handle back and forth until it's secured properly. Secure and tie both ends. 4. To release, open the handle to almost 180-degrees. EZ Release will help your release webbing by its spinning mandrel. 5.
